These rules are for everyone who uses the West End Kids members area: parents, carers and members. They are short, and they help keep every child safe. How we look after your information is in our privacy notice.
Signing in
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Never forward a sign-in email or let anyone else use your passkey.
- Keep your child's PIN private, and help them keep it to themselves. Approve only devices you trust.
- If you think someone else knows a PIN or has used your account, change the PIN, sign out everywhere from your account page, remove any device you do not recognise under Devices approved for PINs on the same page, and tell us.
- Members: keep your PIN to yourself, even from friends.
What you send us
- Only upload photos, videos and files you have the right to share.
- If a photo or video shows other children, only send it if their families are happy for you to.
Other families
- Never share another family's photos, videos or details outside the members area. That includes screenshots and recordings of galleries, the library's rehearsal videos, league tables and notices.
- Photos you see or save from a programme gallery are for your own family. Do not post photos that show other children online.
Messages
- Be kind and polite in every message to our team.
If a rule is broken
Our staff may pause a member's place on a programme while they look into it.
Reporting a concern
- For anything about these rules, or something you have seen in the members area, email frontdesk@westendkids.uk.
- To have a photo or video taken down, email frontdesk@westendkids.uk. It comes down within 72 hours.
- For a worry about a child's safety: if a child is in immediate danger, call 999. Otherwise email frontdesk@westendkids.uk, and see our Safeguarding page, which explains how to raise a concern.
